School of Financial Techniques (SOFT)© was originally promoted by Mr. B. Ramakrishnan (popularly known as BRK in the financial markets)
Shri B. Ramakrishnan, well known in the financial circles as BRK, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance. After his educational qualification, he joined H C Kothari Group of companies in 1989, headed then by Late Sri. Bhadrashyam H Kothari (popularly known as Shyam Kothari) as an Executive and went on to head the finance function of the company in 1996-97. He was part of the team that floated the first private sector Mutual fund in India. After almost a decade with H C Kothari group, BRK started his own consulting firm and floated Corporate Clinic© during 2003.
Corporate Clinic©, is a well-known consulting firm based out of Chennai, Tamilnadu, India, which specializes in raising debts (Foreign Currency Term Loans, Indian Rupee Term Loans, External Commercial Borrowings, Commercial papers, rated bonds etc), Equity (PE, VC, Incubator fund, IPO, Mutual funds, Convertible bonds etc), merger & acquisition, turn around strategies, transactional financing etc.

Mrs. Gayathri holds a post graduate degree in Economics and also a post graduate diploma in Human resources management and has experience of about 2 years in Hospital, 2 years in Human resources, 2 years in international trading and about 19 years in fund raising and academics, particularly in imparting skill development programs in fund sourcing techniques
Mrs. Shruthi holds a post graduate degree in Commerce and has an experience of about 5 years in fund raising and academics, particularly in imparting skill development programs in fund sourcing techniques.
At the helm of affairs and day to day operations will be our CEO Mr. B. Ramakrishnan (BRK), who is very well known in financials circles and also a very highly credible skill development mentor in Finance.
BRK also has an education outfit, BRK Academy ©, which floated the first Finance Lab© in the world. BRK Academy demonstrates finance to students with both finance & non-finance background, entrepreneurs, technocrats, MSME, doctors etc. BRK Academy© had been earlier accredited by ACCA, UK and Micro & Small Medium Enterprises, Government of India for the programs.
BRK has credential of floating one of the earliest Commercial paper in India and has the record of raising one of the cheapest ECB in the country (1.30% per annum without collateral security and personal guarantee). He handled road shows for the INR 850 crores TOCD issue of L&T at the age of 21 and also represented one of the world’s largest funding corporation in India during 2004-07. The clientele of BRK spreads across the globe and the largest single debt raising was handled for a steel major at Oman for 1.50 billion USD.
BRK is presently the Director of India African Trade Council heading South India as endorsed by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. He was inducted in the august presence of Mrs. Nagma Malick the then Additional Secretary to Ministry of External Affairs and Her Excellency Mrs. Tusita Mulugeta, Ethipoian Ambassador to India.
BRK has been recently appointed as Senior Vice Chairman of Divyang Cricket Control Board of India, a Board formed as per guidelines of Honorable Supreme Court of India. The Board is subsidiary for Divyand-jan Cricketer in India and is affiliated to The International Cricket Council for the Physically Challenged.
